Pantair

The Pantair refers to the land between Pandora and Altair. This encompasses most of Morkehuler and losely a small western portion of Selvaoscura as there is no governing body there. However, the Pantair purposefully only includes the northernmost edge of Priroda. It is conceded that the Elves of Pandora speak for all of Priroda but it is also widely known that the forests and jungles to the south of Pandora are not only extremely treacherous and wild but also a precursor to the Magical Wood. As such when discussing the civilized area and for the purposes of official business the Touched Seat of the High Council only claims to speak for the Elves in the Pantair.
