Once per day, as a bonus action, you activate the runes & use the stone to cut yourself. Roll d4 equal to your proficiency bonus & take the damage. Then you transfer that HP to a willing creature you can see within 30ft.

Then for the next 1 minute when you take the attack action against a foe you may activate the rune on another side. On a hit, you may add the d4 roll as necrotic damage to your attack & you regain that many hit points.
